How do credits work?

Credits are your booking currency. Each activity costs a certain number of credits (typically 3-8) based on the venue and time slot. Unused credits rollover to next month up to your plan's limit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! There are no contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

What if I need to cancel a booking?

Cancel up to 24 hours before your booking and credits are refunded instantly. Late cancellations may forfeit credits to respect venue capacity.

Who can check in my child?

Any caregiver you add to your account can check in. Add grandparents, babysitters, or anyone you trust with their email address.

What areas do you cover?

We currently partner with 150+ venues across Southern California including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and the Inland Empire. We're adding new venues every week!
